 Phone plans are only unlimited for phone data use. Unlimited phone plans typically only allow 5-10gb of tethering. And only to a few wireless devices at a time.  That is the equivalent of streaming a couple HD Netflix movies. Unlike an unlimited phone plan, HomeSmart Anywhere's plan(s) and device(s) can entirely replace your slow home or office internet solution for an unthrottled, high-speed wireless data connection, for up to 300gb per billing cycle.

 Once you have subscribed you do not own the device or the account. When becoming a subscriber you are responsible for paying for your first month of service as well as a one-time activation fee that covers the administration of your account. You may of course cancel your subscription with us at anytime by simply returning your device. we never charge any cancellation fees unless you did not return the equipment! There is a $399 charge back if not returned.  Easy, Simple, Clean!

 Yes, we are 100% for real! We started HomeSmart Anywhere to provide affordable internet access with no overage charges. We get it...limited access means limited communication. We don't want anyone to be without internet access. Our priority is to allow you to use our internet and have affordable, plan options, and get rid of that satellite dish and huge bill!

DOES YOUR PLAN(S) THROTTLE?

 Essentially NO. Here's how it works, if you live in downtown Dallas and try to surf during rush hour, you may not receive the highest speeds because the cell towers get clogged. Unless something similar like this happens to you, then all should be well. We haven't had any complaints.  Legally we have to let you know that where you will be utilizing our service(s), the major carriers may be working on the cell towers close to you that could slow you down. That usually doesn't happen, but occasionally it does. We have no control over possible network optimizations being conducted by these carriers if any of their cell towers are being updated or de-prioritized. With our new plans, once you reach your plan data cap, you still have full speed until the end of your billing cycle with auto add-ons blocks (5Gb - $25).  No more complete darkness!

 Unfortunately not. HomeSmart Anywhere's platform does not allow for this. Our goal is long term clients, not someone who needs internet for one month. With that being said, you may cancel your subscription whenever you like. Cancellation and resubscription after the 14 day money back guarantee period, will require a new initial activation fee.
